When it comes to purchasing from us, we understand that 99% of the time, things go well during our transactions. However, there is always that 1% when things don't go as we plan. When buy from Rebel Gen X we want to make things as simple as possible, but we cannot avoid the legal jargon. On this page you will be able to find out how we do things. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the RebelGenX website and the purchase of products offered through this site. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Fulfilment

All RebelGenX products are produced using a print‑on‑demand fulfilment process. Each item is custom‑printed when an order is placed. Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes; minor variations may occur due to the printing process. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice; however, the price shown at the time of purchase will apply to your order. Payments are processed securely through third‑party payment providers. RebelGenX does not store full payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the customer’s location, printing partner capacity, and courier performance. RebelGenX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Returns for incorrect size selection or change‑of‑mind purchases are not accepted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws, including EU consumer protections. At RebelGenX, every product is custom-printed just for you. Because items are produced on demand, we can't offer returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice (measure twice, buy once). However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or definitely not what you ordered, we've got your back.

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

RebelGenX products are produced using a print‑on‑demand fulfilment process. Each item is custom‑printed when an order is placed. For this reason, returns are accepted only in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as described.

This policy outlines the conditions under which a return, replacement, or refund may be approved.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Faulty or Damaged Items Only)

A return or replacement will be approved only where an item meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • The product is faulty or defective

  • The product has been damaged in transit

  • The product has been misprinted due to a printing error

  • The product received does not match the item ordered

To request a return or replacement, customers must notify RebelGenX within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • The order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage

All claims are assessed in accordance with the requirements of our print‑on‑demand production partners.

This policy does not affect statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the two‑year legal guarantee for faulty or defective goods.

3. Incorrect Sizes – Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because all items are printed to order, returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guides provided on each product page before completing their purchase.

4. Change of Mind

RebelGenX does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.

​

 

5. Return Address

Where a return is approved, the item must be sent to the printing provider’s return address, which is listed on the original packaging.

Customers must not return items directly to RebelGenX, as we are unable to process returns at our business address.

6. Replacement Process

Once a faulty item claim is approved:

  • The customer will be instructed to return the item to the printing provider

  • Upon receipt and verification by the provider, a replacement item will be issued at no cost to the customer

Refunds are issued only where a replacement cannot be provided.

7. EU Consumer Rights

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to statutory protections under EU consumer law. These include:

  • A two‑year legal guarantee covering goods that are faulty, defective, or not as described

  • The right to request a repair, replacement, or refund where a product does not meet the required standard

  • Remedies that must be provided at no cost to the consumer

These statutory rights apply independently of this policy and cannot be restricted or excluded.
